Your item includes a free lifetime breakage guarantee and free lifetime repolishing service. Each piece is marked with a special hallmark indicating this guarantee.
If your item breaks, Heights Jewelers will, at our discretion, repair or replace it under this guarantee.
To request a repolishing or breakage service, contact customerservice@heightsjewelers.com. After we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide instructions for sending in your item.
Customers are responsible for inbound postage when returning an item to us. Heights Jewelers covers all return shipping costs back to you.
