Before You Submit Your Return Request

Please review the following before submitting your request:

  • 14-Day Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of shipment.
  • 15% Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Personalized Items: Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged, please describe the damage in the form below. We may follow up and request a photo of the damage.
  • Condition Requirements: Approved returns must be unworn and in their original condition, including all original packaging and materials.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Submitting this form does not automatically process a return or refund. Your request will first be reviewed by our team. Once your return is approved, we will provide the next steps to complete the return and refund process.
